Midlands LGBT+ Project wants you up off the couch in Laois for 5km

The Midlands LGBT+ Project is inviting people in Laois to take part in a new and Couch to 5k which is the first of its kind run.
The project says LGBT+ six week running programme aims to help people go from zero or little experience running to being able to run a full 5km. All while making friends along the way.
The course costs €40 for the six weeks though places are limited.
It will take place at Portlaoise College on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7-8pm. It will run from February 13 until March 22.

Midlands LGBT+ Project is an adults LGBTI+ awareness and support project for people in Laois, Offaly and Kildare. The project is managed by Laois Youth Service CLG aka Youth Work Ireland Laois.
