Rev for Trev takes place in Mountrath in memory of local man

The Rev for Trev tractor run takes place once again this year in memory of Trevor Wallace.

A young farmer known for being of huge character and heart, Trevor died by suicide in 2021. The family and friends of Trevor who hailed from from Ringstown, Mountrath, and ran Wallace Fencing, are organising the event for the third year running.

This year's run takes place on May 12 and is a family event with a kiddies tractor run around Mountrath Mart.

Registration is €20 from 12 noon with the run departing at 2 pm sharp. Trev loved Fiat tractors so there is a special area and place at the front of the run for all Fiats.

The run will aim to raise funds for the mental health services Teac Tom and Jigsaw.
