Longford to turn blue for autism fundraiser
It's that time of year again when Longford town pulls out all the stops as part of a major autism awareness fundraiser.
Headed up by local woman Ann O'Leary, Autism Awareness Turn Longford Blue day takes place this Saturday (April 22).
The location is Grafton Court and runs from 10am to 6pm.
As with previous years, a whole host of festivities and excitement are lined up with attractions including the likes of jewellery, books, toys ornaments, lucky dip, face painting and pikachu while even a unicorn and minions will be paying a visit on the day. All proceeds will go to St Christopher's Special School.
