Roscommon man charged with alleged Longford drugs possession
A young man alleged to have been found in possession of 30 grams of cocaine will return before the Longford District Court in May.
Thomas Duff (19) of Ballybrogan, Lecarrow, Roscommon faces a charge that on May 17, 2022 at Connaught Road, Longford he was found in possession of the drug for sale or supply.
In determining if she would accept jurisdiction Judge Bernadette Owens was told the value of the alleged cocaine was €2,105.
The judge remanded the defendant on continuing bail to May 2, 2023 at which point he will choose whether to enter a plea or seek a date for hearing of the case.
