BREAKING: Gardai rush to scene of serious crash in Offaly

GARDAI are at the scene of a two-car collision in Tullamore.

The accident occurred earlier this evening at Cloncollig, close to the retail park between Chancery Lane and the slip road near the EZ Living store.

Recovery vehicles arrived and one car involved in the crash had extensive damage to its driver-side front.

Gardai placed a cordon in the centre of the road and a stop-go system was in operation.
