Community service for woman with positive probation report at Tullamore court
Judge Andrew Cody acknowledged the woman had engaged with the services
A woman who was described as having a very positive probation report was handed 40 hours community service at Tullamore District Court.
Lauren Brennan (34) of Clonmullen Drive, Edenderry, was highly intoxicated and a danger to herself and others at St Mary's Road, Edenderry on December 12, 2024. Ms Brennan had also been threatening and abusive on the same date.
Judge Andrew Cody acknowledged that Ms Brennan had a good probation report and had engaged with the services.
He imposed a probation bond of 12 months and 40 hours community service in lieu of 14 days in prison.
