Enterprising Offaly students could soon be snowed under!

TWO Tullamore College students are hoping to follow in the footsteps of whizzkid reindeer maker Anthony Gorman.

First cousins Evan Gorman and Sean Cuskelly were inspired by the success of their friend Anthony and have created a winter snowman.

The Transition Year students are now busy filling orders since their launched their product a few weeks ago as part of their school enterprise project.

“Both young boys enjoy construction and with the raw material in abundance the wooden snowmen were created,” said their teacher John Lowndes.

Mr Lowndes said the boys thanked everyone for their good wishes and support so far and also revealed that the “crafty pair” will have a new handmade product to launch as part of their Transition Year enterprise project in the new year.
