The victory had been three years in the making after finishing 13th and 3rd in the previous two finals but they continued to improve and were able to come away from this year’s edition with the win.

Killeigh’s quiz team were representing Offaly at the Community Games after they were one of two teams that came through the Faithful County’s qualifying rounds.

The victory marks a monumental achievement for both the participants and their coaches who have done both Killeigh and Offaly proud with their hard work and perseverance culminating in an incredible win.
