Long detour in place as road in Offaly to remain closed for emergency repairs

A long detour will be in for the early days of the week as a road in Offaly is set to close to for emergency repairs. 

The R400 at R400 Derrygreenagh/ Knockdrin/ Derryiron, Rhode will close from the junction with the M6 in Farthingstown to the Junction with the R400-3 at Coolville North of Rhode Village.

The road will be closed for a total duration of three days on Saturday, February 4 and Tuesday, February 7 inclusive.

The road closure is required to facilitate Emergency Repair Works.

Local Access arrangements will be in place and Offaly County Council says it apologies for any inconvenience caused.
