Judge schedules Tullamore District Court hearing for October
A HEARING in relation to an alleged assault at the GAA Centre in Tullamore has been scheduled for October in the local District Court.
Brian Collins, with an address at T/C Wood Products, Cloncollig, Tullamore has been summonsed for allegedly assaulting Peter Martin at the GAA Centre, Arden Road, Tullamore on October 30, 2024, causing him harm.
When the summons was called at last week's sitting of Tullamore District Court Patrick Martin, defending solicitor, said a hearing would be required.
Judge Andrew Cody fixed the hearing for Tuesday, October 7 next.
