Offaly GAA club celebrates championships and league successes

To finish off the memorable year of 2022, Ballycommon GAA held a celebration dinner dance on Saturday night last in the Bridge House Hotel.

With two medal presentations (the League 2022 and the Intermediate Championship 2022) the families, friends and supporters of the team were definitely looking forward to it.

Ollie Scally was master of ceremonies and ably assisted by Brian, Frank and Declan.

Pat Teehan (Leinster GAA) was on hand to present the medals and individual awards.

Michael Duignan, County Board chairman, said these get togethers are important to acknowledge the feats of the team players and the support for local GAA clubs.

He commended Ballycommon on a great performance in the final and wished them well in the years to come.

Garth Mann received the Tom Bermingham Cup (as selected by fellow team mates) and special presentation was made to Bernie Leavy to acknowledge his life long support of Ballycommon GAA.
