Offaly GAA Club rise to the top with challenging fundraiser
An Offaly GAA club staged a successful fundraiser
SHAMROCKS GAA Club embarked on a heroic fundraiser for the club last weekend. With weeks of preparation in place, the weekend of the big climb of Carrauntoohil finally arrived.
For lots doing the climb it was a case of David Vs Goliath but they overcame every inch of their fears and everyone completed what they set out to do.
What started out as a fundraising event turned into a great social occasion for everyone that travelled down to Killarney for the weekend.
Shamrocks GAA wish to thank everyone involved, from the fundraisers, the organisers and each and every person that has so kindly sponsored our brave volunteers. If you would still like to sponsor this event, please visit Shamrocks Facebook page or get in touch with Shamrocks Chairman Ollie Bryant.
