Offaly under 20 hurlers to meet Kilkenny in Leinster semi-final

FOLLOWING their impressive victory over Laois in the Leinster quarter final on Wednesday night, Offaly under 20 hurlers will meet Kilkenny in the semi-final following the draw made on Thursday.

The eagerly awaited semi-final has been fixed for Glenisk O'Connor Park, Tullamore on Wednesday next with a 7pm throw in. Dublin will meet Galway in the other semi-final in Portlaoise.

Offaly qualified for the semi-finals when they defeated Laois by 1-28 to 2-9 in Wednesday night's quarter final and they will look to bring that form with them into the semi-final as they continue their bid to retain the title they won last year.

Kilkenny qualified directly for the semi-finals by topping their group after victories over Laois and Wexford and as always will pose a tough test.
