People ordered to leave Tullamore District Court for laughing

JUDGE Nicola Andrews told a number of people to leave the court room during last week's Tullamore District Court.

The people, who were sitting in the body of the court room, were laughing while the judge was dealing with a case.

Judge Andrews told them if they felt they were having difficulties respecting the court she would have them removed or separate them like children.

They continued laughing and she ordered them to leave telling them they were not going to disrespect the court.

“Out out out”, she said.
