Planning permission granted for maisonettes and apartments in Offaly village
Planning permission has been granted for a development of apartments and maisonettes in Rhode village.
The development will consist of 4 one-bed apartments arranged as 2 semi-detached, 2-storey maisonettes and 3 three-bed 2-storey, terraced dwelling houses.
The planned development comes with associated car parking, bicycle parking, bin storage, boundary treatments, private amenity spaces, renewable energy measures, site works and connections to public services.
The proposed car parking will require the re-routing of the existing pedestrian footpath to the western site boundary.
The development will also include the provision of a publicly accessible, landscaped seating area to the southern end of the site
A total of 18 conditions are included with the grant of planning permission.
