Plans unveiled for large housing development in Tullamore with creche, gym and remote working hub

Plans have been unveiled for a large housing development in Tullamore that will include a creche, remote working hub and a gym for residents. 

Tullamore Vita Stilo Limited, t/a Capital Homes intend to apply for permission for development at Clara Road, Tullamore.

The development will consist of the construction of 98 dwellings, comprising of two, three and four bedroom homes in a mix of mid-terraced terraced and semi-detached. Also included in the plans are eight two-bedroom apartments. 

The plans also include a creche, gym and remote working hub for residents that will be incorporated as part of the residential

apartment building.

Access to the development will be via the adjoining Redwood development with internal roads, paths, paving, parking, drainage, amenity space and a landscaped public open space also included in the plans. 

A planning application is set to be lodged shortly with Offaly County Council.
