CLICK ON THE ARROWS ABOVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THE RATINGS 1 – Mark Troy -The game represented a very distinct contrast of styles with Dublin engaging in short passing and trying to create overlaps while Offaly played a more direct brand – going long a good bit of the time and trusting Brian Duignan and Oisin Kelly to win ball up front. A good percentage of Mark Troy's puckouts were long and while some landed in a forest of players, there was a target in mind with them. He generally hit where he was aiming at while he was very steady with his primary goalkeeping duty, alert, making a good save and he was blameless for Dublin's decisive late goal. Rating – 8.

CLICK ON THE ARROWS ABOVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THE RATINGS 2 – Ben Conneely - Ben Conneely was very steady in the Offaly defence. Not 30 yet, the St Rynagh's stalwart is the “daddy” of the team in many respects, along with David King, and his return from injury has been a big help. He used his experience well and provided leadership. Rating – 7.

3.
3 – Ciaran Burke - Ciaran Burke had another massive game on Saturday. He was physical, won all types of ball and cleared well. Rating – 8

4.
4 – Padraig Cantwell - Padraig Cantwell was one of Offaly's unsung heroes as he did a lot of very good things and worked hard. He was fortunate not to get a black when deliberately fouling Chris Crummey in the 57th minute when the brilliant Dublin centre back had clear sight of the goal but the Shamrocks man did well overall on an evening when the Dublin attack asked really searching questions - Rating – 7.
