Santa Claus journeys to picturesque Killeigh early next month to switch-on the village's Christmas lights.
Santa will travel from the North Pole to the pretty village, nestling in the foothills of the Slieve Blooms, for the gala occasion on Sunday, December 3 next.
Children, and the not so young, are all looking forward to the switch-on which is scheduled for 6pm.
The switch-on takes place on the village green in the heart of the border village.
