Three units in the Bridge Centre Shopping Centre have sold for a huge sum at an online auction

Units 5, 10 and 17 went up for auction with a guide price of €550,000 but after a lengthy bidding war between two potential buyers, the units sold for €727,000.

All three units are currently let to different businesses. 

The total rents per annum are €70,159 with a total floor area of 2,724 sq ft.
