Two year driving ban for motorist caught driving with no insurance in Tullamore

A TWO-year driving ban and a fine of €350 were imposed on a driver at Tullamore District Court.

Darren Moriarty, with an address at Forrest Close, Killarney, Co Kerry was convicted of having no insurance at the Tullamore Court Hotel, O'Moore Street, Tullamore on May 12, 2022.

Garda Dermot McDermott gave evidence of stopping a Volkswagen Passat and said the driver failed to produce insurance.
