What is the Met Eireann weather forecast for Ireland for the weekend?

While the warm weather is set to continue for Ireland through the weekend and into next week but its not all good news in the latest Met Eireann weather forecast for Ireland. 

According to Met Eireann, temperatures are set to reach as high as 22 degrees on Friday on Saturday before falling back to highs of 19 degrees on Sunday. 

Mixed in across the coming days will be some cloudy weather also with the chance of the odd shower. 

The outlook however is good with high pressure set to continue to dominate Ireland's weather into next week generating mild and dry conditions.

According to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast for Ireland, Friday will be another dry day with a mix of cloud and sunny spells. Rather cloudy to start with better sunshine later in the day. Highest temperatures of 17 to 21 or 22 degrees with a light northeasterly breeze.

A mostly clear and calm night on Friday with lows of 6 to 10 degrees. Mist and fog patches will likely form.

The latest weather forecast for Saturday says the weather will be cloudy at times with the odd shower possible. Mostly dry overall though, with occasional sunny breaks too. Light to moderate northwest breezes. Highs between 16 to 21 or 22 degrees, warmest in the south and southeast with the best of sunshine likely here.

Variable cloud cover with some clear spells on Saturday. Lowest temperatures of 7 to 11 degrees with light northerly winds.

According to Met Eireann, it will be somewhat cooler on Sunday with highs ranging from 14 degrees in the north to around 19 degrees in the south. Some cloud with sunny spells, becoming mostly sunny later in the afternoon. Just light northeast breezes.

Currently looking sunny on Monday. Highs between 17 to 20 or 21 degrees, warmest over the western half of the country and coolest along the eastern coast with a light to moderate easterly wind
