Sporty vRS variant completes the revised Skoda Enyaq range

Skoda has revealed a sporty vRS model for the latest version of the Enyaq electric SUV.

It will come with the choice of hatchback and coupe body styles.

Skoda claims that the car can travel up to 340 miles on a single charge and that 185kW DC rapid charging is compatible, allowing for a 10 to 80 per cent top up to take 26 minutes.

The exterior features black wing mirror caps, roof rails, 20-inch alloy wheels, vRS badging and the car can be specified in ‘Hyper Green’ paint work.

Johannes Neft, Skoda Auto board member for technical development, said: “With the Enyaq vRS and Enyaq Coupe vRS, we have made the range toppers of the new Enyaq family even more dynamic, while maintaining their high level of comfort and everyday usability. We achieved this in large part thanks to the progressive steering system and, above all, the revised sport chassis with optimised damper settings.”

Prices start from £51,660 for the Enyaq vRS and rise to £53,560 for the Enyaq Coupe vRS. Order books will open on June 12 with expected deliveries to commence this summer.
