The Carlow senior footballers host an in-form Laois side at Netwatch Cullen Park on Sunday in round three of their Allianz Football League Division 4 campaign. Carlow come into the game off the back of one win and one draw in their opening two outings.

Niall Carew's men began their campaign at home to Wicklow, where the teams played out an entertaining draw on a scoreline of 2-10 apiece. Carlow then travelled to Carriganore to face Waterford with the away side recording a 1-11 to 0-10 victory.

Laois, who are also undefeated to date, overcame Sligo and Wexford in their first two fixtures.

Both counties have aspirations of making it into the top two on the league table and gaining promotion to Division 3 for 2024. These sides will compete in the Tailteann Cup - barring one of them reach the Leinster final. In that case, the provincial finalists will compete for the Sam Maguire.

The game throws in at 2pm on Sunday, February 19. Tickets can be bought through this LINK
