Planning permission granted to convert vacant dwelling in Carlow Town into new apartments

Carlow County Council have granted planning permission to convert an existing vacant two-storey terrace dwelling located at 21 Burrin Street, Carlow Town, into two studio apartments with single storey extension to rear.

The development will include all associated site works, utilizing existing service connections.

The application was submitted by Baidera Properties Ltd and has been granted subject to conditions set out by the local authorities.
