Carlow County Council have conditionally approved a planning application made on the 26th of August 2024 for the change of use from an office space to a day care in Carlow Town.
The decision was made by the Carlow County Council on the 18th of October 2024.

The works in the planning application are as follows:
The development will consist of the change of use of ground floor office space into a day centre.
Including all associated internal alterations, minor alterations to the south facade and main entrance door to the west and all associated site works.
The decision made by the Carlow County Council is to provide conditional approval for the works.
There are 19 conditions provided by the Carlow County Council.
The conditions range from avoiding pollution, to maintained structural integrity of road, and traffic safety.
