A group of farmers from the Park area have raised £16,000 for a number of local organisations.
Park Farmers' Group raised the fantastic amount during their annual tractor run which was held in August.
The total was split between four local groups – Learmount Dementia Group, Straidarran Community Playgroup, Park Community Playgroup and Tumble Tots.
Representatives from each of the groups were presented with cheques for £4,000 each at a function held in Park Hall last Wednesday night.
