Waterside Health Centre site experiencing significant disruption to telephone & internet connections

This is affecting the three GP practices and Western Trust services within the facility

Due to an external issue, there is significant disruption to telephone and internet connections on the Waterside Health Centre site.
This is affecting the three GP practices and Western Trust services within this facility. Trust business continuity arrangements are in place.
A spokesperson said: "Please only call the practices if you have an urgent need as only one telephone line is available, which is being prioritised for the sickest patients.
"For medications needs, please drop your request to the practice front desk. Do not order online or via email at this time.
"The Health Centre is open from 8.30am to 6.00pm daily and the front desk is available to all patients.
"The Treatment Room continues to operate as normal. There is no need to phone in to book an appointment.
"The practices have no access to blood, scan or X-ray results. Please do not call for same.
" For the Brae Clinic, if you have a medical / contraception emergency, please contact your local pharmacy or visit https://sh24.org.uk/
"Communication with other Trust services on this facility, such as Dental, Physiotherapy, Social Services and District Nursing is also down.
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will provide an update once the situation has been resolved."
