A Derry man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a series of charges.
David Quigley (36) of Carnhill in Derry appeared at a preliminary enquiry at the local Magistrate's Court today.
He is charged with dangerous driving on September 10 2022, driving while disqualified on the same date and resisting police.
He is further charged with threatening to damage property endangering life on September 10 2022 and criminal damage to a police radio on September 11 2022.
It was accepted there was a case to answer and there? were no contrary submissions.
Quigley said he did not want to call any witnesses or make any statement at this stage.
He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on September 4 and released on bail.
