Five people with addresses in England have been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a series of drug charges.
All five appeared at a preliminary enquiry at Derry Magistrate’s Court today.
Donna Hadley (52) and Llewellyn Jones (52) both of Abbeyville Court in Port Talbot faced a total of 14 charges of being concerned in the supply of class A, B and C drugs and possession of criminal property on dates between January 10 2918 and April 30 2019.
Nadeem Yasin (43) of Hodge Hill Road in Birmingham faced a total of 25 charges involving class A, B and C drugs on dates between May 29 2017 and January 8 2020.
Michael Archer (31) of Wheatcroft Drive in Birmingham faced 9 charges involving class A, B and C drugs on dates May 10 2018 and July 15 2018.
Matthew Compton (26) of Firgrove Court in Hungerford faced 10 charges involving all three class of drugs and possession of criminal property on dates between January 1 2018 and April 40 2919.
It was accepted there was a case to answer and there no contrary submissions.

None of the defendants wished to call any evidence or make any statement at this stage.
All the defendants were returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on December 18 and released on continuing bail.
