Family and friends of late Ballykelly man raise more than £11,000 for Foyle Hospice

The Moore family and friends present a cheque to Aisling Ferry, Staff Nurse, and Sheila Duffy, Director of Income Generation and Communications, Foyle Hospice.

The family and friends of a County Derry man who died earlier this year have raised more than £11,000 for charity in his memory.

The funds of £11,057 were raised in memory of Ballykelly man Bertie Moore, who passed away in January, through a fundraising raffle and a ceili.

Bertie's family and friends recently got together to present the cheque to Foyle Hospice.
