Joanna Convery,  29 Glenview, Maghera

It is with deep regret we announce the passing of Joanna Convery, March 28 2026, Peacefully at Antrim Area Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Much loved daughter of Annie and the late Joseph (Joe). Loving sister of Patrick (PC), Margaret Lynch, Roisin and Martina Henry. Much loved aunt of Carleen, Ciara, Ryan, Tara, Erin, Adam and Jonathan. Late of 29 Glenview, Maghera. Funeral arrangements later. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.

Catherine Doherty (née Graham), 146 Moss Park, Derry (Formerly of Limavady)

The death has taken place of Catherine Doherty (née Graham), March 27 2026, peacefully at Foyle Hospice, after a long illness, (formerly of Limavady), beloved wife of Tony, loving mother of Robbie, Bernie, Shauna and Ian, devoted grandmother to Jamielee, Lee, Shea, Kelsey, Pearse, Colleen, Jake, Chloe, Summer, Jordan, Millie Mae and angel Abigail and her great grandchild, devoted daughter of the late Bob and Bernadette Graham, cherished sister of Ian, John, Andrew, Robert, Coleen, Janette and Anne and a caring aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle. Catherine will be reposing at her home, 146 Moss Park. Funeral leaving her home on Monday, March 30 at 10:20am to St. Joseph’s Church, Galliagh for Requiem Mass at 11:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for her.

Andrew JJ Donnelly, 14 Agherton Drive, Portstewart

The death has occurred of the late Andrew JJ Donnelly, March 24 2026, (suddenly at 14 Agherton Drive, Portstewart). Cherished son of Oonagh and the late John, much-loved and spirited brother of Emma, Nuala, Eoin and Katherine; brother-in-law of Martin, Jack, Angel and Andrew; a magical and adventurous uncle of Ruan, Kaeleb, Bea, Freja, Indi, Keir, Saoirse, Colette and Fionn. Family and Friends are welcome to pay their respects at the family home (14 Agherton Drive, Portstewart). Requiem Mass will take place in St Mary’s Star of the Sea, Portstewart, on Monday at 12noon, followed by interment at Agherton Cemetery, Portstewart. Family flowers only please. Barbara Hasson (née Lynch), 8 Lisdale Mews, Maydown

The death has taken place of Barbara Hasson (née Lynch), March 27 2026, suddenly at her home, beloved wife of Gerald, daughter of the late Danny and Teresa, dear sister of Martina, Monica, Jeanette, Brendan and the late Colette, sister-in-law of Annmarie, Sean, Colm, Veronica, Damien and the late Mickey and Phonsie and a much loved aunt and great-aunt. Barbara will be reposing in her home, 8 Lisdale Mews, Maydown, on Sunday from 11.00am - 10.00pm. Funeral from there on Monday at 11.25am for 12o’clock Requiem Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Steelstown. Interment afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Limavady. Family flowers only please. Peter Hunt, 8 McNaul Park, Derry

The death has taken place of the late Peter Hunt, March 27 2026, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, Cherished Husband of Mary, Treasured Father of Becky, Andrew, Lisa and Emma and a dear Father in Law and Devoted Grandfather. Funeral leaving his late home, 8 McNaul Park at 9.30am on Wednesday, April 1 for a 10.30am Celebration of his life in Adair and Neely Funeral Home 12 Foyle Road, followed by cremation in Lakelands crematorium Cavan. Family flowers only donations in lieu if wished to R.N.L.I c/o Adair and Neely Funeral Directors .Family and Friends welcome to the family home from 3.00pm on Sunday, family time only from 9.00pm on Tuesday please. Ann Oakley (née McLaughlin), Runcorn, Cheshire (Formerly of Derry)

It is with deep regret we announce the passing of Ann Oakley (née McLaughlin), Our dearest sister passed away peacefully at her home in Runcorn, Cheshire, March 28 2026, beloved daughter of the late Billy and Babs McLaughlin (formerly of Lower Bennett Street) dearest sister of Barbara Carmel Mary Peter Patricia Helen and the late Liam and Frankie R.I.P. Funeral arrangements later, will be sadly missed and forever loved by the entire family circle.

Elizabeth (Betty) Patterson, 23 Scroggy Road, Limavady

The death has occurred of the late Elizabeth (Betty) Patterson, Passed away peacefully at Longfield Care Home, on March 28 2026, formerly of 23 Scroggy Road, Limavady. Dear wife of the late Joe, much loved mother of Linda, Trevor (Hazel) Drew (Pamela) John (Claire) also devoted sister of Harry(Margaret) and loving grandmother to 14 grandchildren, and friend. House strictly private. Funeral service will be held on Monday, March 30 2026 at 2.00pm in Myroe Presbyterian Church followed by burial in the adjoining graveyard.
