Unfinished houses at An Gleann Rua in Killylastin.
Plans have been lodged for the addition of 21 new houses to a Letterkenny housing estate.
Planning permission has been sought for the proposed development at the Gleann Rua estate in Killylastin.
Property Hold Limited are looking to complete five unfinished dwelling houses in the estate.
The company is also planning to erect a further 17 dwelling houses in the same estate,
The development would also consists of connection to all existing services and all associated ancillary site development works.
The news comes at a time when housing supply in Letterkenny has fallen well below the levels of demand.
Donegal County Council say that a decision on the request will be made by June 11, 2023.
