The museum is now located in the Old Barracks Building
The Ballyshannon and District Museum has announced its reopening at a new location.
The museum is now located in the Old Barracks Building above ACL Computing just across the road from Slevins and will open 10am until 5pm Monday to Saturday.
“We would be delighted if everyone can call in and visit us in the heart of Ireland’s Oldest Town,” they posted. “The Ballyshannon and district museum would like to acknowledge and thank Paul Slevin, the Slevin Family and all the staff of Slevins Department Store for the unwavering support, advice, ongoing encouragement and welcome without which the Ballyshannon Museum would never have opened and survived. We can never repay their kindness and support, thank you to all.”
