2022 Rose Hayley Rose hands the sash over to the Rose of London, Amy Gillen, in May
Amy Gillen will take to the stage at the 2023 Rose of Tralee International Festival on Monday night.
Amy, who was born in Letterkenny and grew up in Bridgetown, was crowned the Rose of London at the Rose of London ball at Clayton Hotel in Chiswick in May.
The 32 International Roses will be appearing across Monday, where 18 of the hopefuls are on, and then 14 more before the winner is announced on Tuesday night. Both nights are live on RTE from Kerry Sports Academy at MTU, Kathryn Thomas will join Dáithí Ó Sé as co-host.
An accomplished musician, Amy, who is 27, graduated from the Royal College of Music in London and was awarded the Tagore Gold Medal by HRH King Charles lll. She also performed for the King at Windsor Castle and recently released her debut album.
