The ‘CheckMyLink’ service is easy to use and it will help you to determine whether a website is likely to be legitimate or a scam. It is very useful to have a way of checking that the website that you are buying from is authentic and that it is not infected with malware. Simply type in the website address you want to check, and your results will appear within seconds.
'CheckMyLink' is a security tool built by Munster Technological University Cyber Skills in collaboration with Scam Adviser, An Garda Síochána and other partners.
