Plans have been lodged for a new housing development in Falcarragh.

B&E Hone Construction Limited has sought planning permission for the development at Ballyness, Falcarragh.

The developer is proposing to construct 21 new houses. The application provides for connection to an existing on-site treatment plant in the Radharc na Tra development and public services.

The application also includes all associated site works.

The proposed development would include five four-bedroom detached houses, eight four-bedroom semi-detached houses and eight three-bedroom semi-detached dwellings.

Donegal County Council say a decision is due by February 10, 2024.
