Bundoran Darkness into light walk has new start point 

For those that have participated in the Bundoran Darkness into Light walk over recent years, passing by Rougey and Tullan Strand, it is an amazing site as the dawn approaches,but there will be a slight change to the starting point, organisers say.  

While it used to begin on the town’s main street, this year it will start beside the new library which is currently hosting the Bundoran Community Centre on the site of the old town council offices.

It takes place on Saturday morning, May 11. Sign-up is still available online https://www.darknessintolight.ie/

The Bundoran community said: “We look forward to walking with you all again this year”. 

*Start at Bundoran Community Development CLG (New location beside Bundoran Library) 

*Turn left at The Railway Bar  

*Turn at Discover Bundoran Tourist Office up Promenade Road

*Walk around Promenade past Waterworld Bundoran & Bundoran Adventure Park along the main beach

*Walk down Tullan Strand Road

*Turn right at KFC

*Walk up Main Street 

*Turn left at The Railway Bar  

*Finish at Cosgrove's SuperValu Bundoran
