Live Updates: The latest from Sligo-Leitrim / South Donegal count centre

The Sligo Leitrim / South Donegal constituency count is underway in the Clayton Hotel

Counting is underway for the Sligo - Leitrim constituency which includes part of south Donegal. Refresh your browser regularly for the latest updates as the count unfolds and the winners of the four seats are revealed

1.40pm: Early indications are that newcomer Michael Clarke is in line for a seat, sitting in third place with a tally of 5,938, having taken 202 votes in south Donegal

1.35pm: Last time round Sinn Féin's Martin Kenny topped the poll and was elected on the first count. He is in second after the tallies, on 7,733. Kenny was the first choice for south Donegal voters, with 1,215 in that part of the constituency

1.30pm: Tallies show Fine Gael's Frank Feighan as the overall front runner, with 8,947. He has a tally of 619 from the Donegal portion of the constituency, behind Sinn Féin's Martin Kenny
