Cloudy and mostly dry tonight with just the odd patch of drizzle and mist, mainly near northwestern coasts. So, Santa will have no problem making his way across the country with the help of a moderate to fresh southwest wind. Lowest temperatures of 9 to 11 degrees.
Christmas Day will be mild and rather cloudy with just a few brighter breaks developing in the afternoon.
