Items stolen after caravan broken into in Inver

The door to the caravan was forced open and all of the cushions and upholstery stolen from within

Gardaí in Ballyshannon are appealing for information

Items have been stolen from a caravan that was broken into in the Inver area.

The burglary occurred at Kilmacreddan, Inver, between January 1 and  25. The caravan had been parked in the driveway of a derelict house.

The owner of the caravan called to check it on January 25 in case it had been damaged by the storm the previous day. The door to the caravan had been forced open in order to gain entry.

All of the cushions and upholstery had been stolen from within, as well as a tinted washroom window, a light unit and a leisure battery.

Gardaí are appealing to anybody who may have relevant information and who may be in a position to assist to make contact with them in Ballyshannon on 071-9858530.
