Permission sought to build three new homes in Ardaravan
Planning permission is being sought to build three new houses in Buncrana.
The applicant, Carlo Diggin, has applied for permission to construct a terrace block containing three houses, along with connections to mains sewer and public services, and all associated site development works.
If approved, the development will be located on Ardaravan Road, opposite the entrance to the Knockalla Drive estate and adjacent to Hillcrest.

Members of the public may make submissions or observations on the proposal up to January 25, with a decision from the planning authority expected by February 15.
