A woman arrested this week for assault causing harm in Letterkenny has been bailed.
Karolina Obuchowska (37) of Ard Lonan, Letterkenny, was brought before Buncrana District Court in connection with the alleged incident.
Obuchowska was charged with assault causing harm on February 9, 22 at Ard Lonan, Letterkenny.
Directions from the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) are awaited. The matter was adjourned to April 25 and Obuchowska was granted bail in her own bond of €300.
A number of bail conditions were imposed on Obuchowska, who is represented by solicitor Mr Frank Dorrian.
She is to have no contact, directly or indirectly, with the alleged victim or any witnesses in the case. She is to remain of sober habits, provide a contact telephone number to Gardaí and be contactable 24/7.
