Cockhill Celtic will have to navigate two away ties if they are to reach a first FAI Intermediate Cup final.

Cockhill were 3-2 winners after extra time in their round of 16 tie against Avondale United and the nine-in-a-row Ulster Senior League kingpins have been drawn away to either Home Farm or Drumcondra in the quarter-finals.

The quarter-finals are due to be played on the weekend of February 19. No arrangements have been confirmed for the Home Farm v Drumcondra game.

The winners from Cockhill's quarter-final will also face an away trip in the semi-final, where Ringmahon or Willow will lay in wait.

Holders Rockmount will face Kilbarrack while Skerries meet Lucan in the other last eight games.

On Sunday, Adam Duffy netted the winner for Gavin Cullen's Cockhill after Lee McColgan and Duffy netted in normal time, which ended 2-2.
