A €6 million residential development is being proposed for Fasagh, Kildangan, Co. Kildare.
The planned scheme would deliver 24 new homes on a 1.1-hectare site.
The plans include two four-bedroom detached houses, two four-bedroom semi-detached houses, fourteen three-bedroom semi-detached homes, two two-bedroom semi-detached houses and four two-bedroom apartments.
The project, designed by Demesne Architects Limited, also provides for 55 parking spaces, a new vehicular entrance from Kilbeg Road, pedestrian pathways, internal access roads, drainage works, landscaping and boundary treatments.
Kildare-based Fortwilliam Development Limited is the promoter of the scheme, with Furey Consulting Engineers engaged as civil engineers and Landmark Designs acting as landscape consultants.
Kildare County Council review the will review the application and make a decision in coming weeks.
