Plans for homes with converted attics in Kildare

€1.1 million housing development at Clogheen Bridge, Clogheen, Monasterevin

Plans have been submitted for a €1.1 million housing development at Clogheen Bridge, Clogheen, Monasterevin, Co. Kildare.

The proposal involves the construction of three detached two-storey houses with attic conversions.

The development includes connections to the public foul sewer via a pumping station, recessed entrances, and all associated site works.

The site covers approximately 0.462 hectares with a total floor area of 696 square metres.

Architectural design is by Whyte Planning Consultants Ltd, with consulting engineering services provided by Gordon White Consulting Engineers.

Flood risk assessment is carried out by Flood Risk Ireland, and water services are coordinated with Uisce Éireann Irish Water.

The application is currently under review by Kildare County Council.
