An extension of duration is being sought for a development at the Monread Road in Naas.
Thoval Properties Limited is seeking planning permission from Kildare County Council (KCC) for the extension.
Specifically, Light industrial/warehouse units (277.3 square metres ea) have been proposed over a total proposed building area 5,606.2sqm.
The planning permission would also include provisions for all associated site works, road, and services, accessed via Maryfield Court Road off Monread Road, forming phase two of a three-phase development (phase one was previously granted by KCC under Ref.no. 17/574).
The date received is listed as March 23 last, while the the due date is listed as May 17.
