'The luck of the Irish' some might say as two well-known Irish actors have been tipped to appear in an upcoming movie about The Beatles.
Barry Keoghan and Maynooth's Paul Mescal are reportedly said to have landed major roles in the movie.
The 'Love Hate' and 'Saltburn' actor, Keoghan is rumoured to be taking on the role Ringo Star, while the 'Normal People' actor, Mescal is reportedly set to play Paul McCartney.
Director, Sam Mendes is set to direct four separate feature films about each of the band members.
The first film is due to drop in 2027 and is supported by the original band members Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and the families of John Lennon and George Harrison.
