Fox and Goose, Clara, County Kilkenny
Permission is being sought for the demolition of part of the existing lounge bar, restaurant, toilets and storage area on the Fox and Goose site in Clara, County Kilkenny.
Also sought is permission for the remaining property to retain its existing residential use.
Upgrade works to the foul effluent treatment system are planned, as well as the construction of new boundaries to the property.
Permission has also been sought for the reroofing of the storage area and all ancillary site works at the former Fox and Goose property.
The application is currently is the pre-validation stage with Kilkenny County Council.
