Tramoncal Limited are seeking planning permission for the construction of a motorhome park (4722 sq.m) in Rosbercon, close to the Wexford-Kilkenny border.
The planned park is expected to cater for 32 motor home pitches, a motorhome waste disposal point, external bin storage, a sanitary facilities building (13.3 sq.m), a reception building (13.3 sq. m).
Also planned is a street food plaza (234 sq. m) to include three street food trucks, an outdoor seating area, pedestrian access gate to existing greenway, and all associated drainage connections and ancillary site works.
The application was originally lodged with Wexford County Council back in July, but is still awaiting a final decision from the local authority.

The planned location for the motorhome park will allow for easy access to the starting point of the South-East Greenway in Rosbercon, the first section of which was opened to the public last year.
Much of the greenway, upon full completion, will run through South Kilkenny.
