Kilkenny County Council have completed major roadworks in South Kilkenny.
The section of road between Ballyhale Cross and the Country Life shop has been completely re-done with ruts, potholes and a major fault all smoothed over.

Also included in the works were three ramps in Knocktopher, one coming in from the Motorway, one coming in from Stoneyford and a third, which doubles as a pedestrian crossing at the small roundabout opposite Heaslips.
The works have been widely welcomed by the Ballyhale and Knocktopher communities.
